Bruce holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science ‘BCompt’ Degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Master of Business Administration ‘MBA’ from Nottingham Trent University, UK. He did his articles of clerkship with Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants prior to joining First Transfer Secretaries (Private) Limited ‘FTS’ in 2001 as a Finance Manager. He rose through the ranks to become the Managing Director at FTS until his departure in July 2017. He has been involved in most corporate actions involving listed and unlisted companies, with hands on experience in planning and implementing strategies for capital investment; mergers, acquisitions, and financial planning. Bruce was the Founding Chief Operating Officer of Chengetedzai Depository Company Limited, a firm set up by a consortium that won the tender to establish Zimbabwe’s first Central Securities Depository. Bruce is currently a business and finance consultant for various entities within the Zimbabwean and SADC regional markets.
Khulekani is a registered ‘Articled Accountant’ with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe ‘ICAZ’ and is also a member of The Institute of Risk Management South Africa.
