NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Sam is currently the Head of Investment Banking at ZB Financial Holdings Limited. He has a combined 19 years of experience in the financial services sector in Zimbabwe and his areas of expertise include investment analysis, investment management and corporate finance. Over the years he has participated in a number of capital raising projects through the issuance of debt instruments/Bonds, ordinary equity, project finance as well as mezzanine finance. He is currently involved in a number of infrastructure projects in various sectors which include renewable energy, water, road and agriculture.
